Step 2: Complete Your Repair Authorization Form

After purchase, you’ll receive a Repair Authorization Form via email within 24 hours. Complete and return the form so I can review the issue and prepare your repair.

Step 3: Receive Your Shipping Label

Once your completed form has been received, I’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with packing instructions.

Step 4: Ship Your Console

Package your Game Boy Micro securely and send it in for evaluation.

Once Your Console Arrives

1. Your Game Boy Micro will be inspected and tested to identify the cause of the issue.
2. A detailed repair estimate will be provided outlining any required parts and labor.
3. No repair work will begin until you approve the estimate.
4. Once approved, repairs will be completed and an estimated completion date will be provided.
5. All repairs undergo additional testing and quality control before being returned.
6. Completed repairs include a 30-day warranty covering the specific repair performed.

If You Decline Repairs

The diagnostic fee covers the inspection and fault report only. If you choose not to proceed with the recommended repair, your console can be returned to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
